Application Design Engineer - Automation

Job description

We are currently seeking Automation Engineers working in Process Automation Domain with Exposure to Mining/Waste Water Management/Waster Water Treatment/Mining/Cement/F&B.

· Experience in Industrial HMI/Control Systems/SCADA (Vijeo Citect, ClearSCADA, Wonder ware) , through knowledge on Windows operating systems; Data Historians, OPC servers etc

· Thorough knowledge of application integration, systems analysis and design, and application development and deployment, (FAT/SAT). Shall have independently handled minimum 2-3 application and commissioned.

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient and shall be multiplatform expert on PLC/DCS hardware, Programming and application development

Preferred / Must have

* Schneider Electric - Modicon Quantum Premium, M340 (M580 will be added advantage)

* Schneider Electric PLC / DCS Software - UnityPro / PES

* Schneider Electric SCADA System - Clear SCADA, Vijeo Citect, Citect SCADA

Knowledge on IEC 61131-3 programming standards and programming expertise in ST, FBD, SFC and Ladder Logic.

Desired profile

Engineering Degree in Instrumentation/Controls/Electronics or related Engineering

Shall have knowledge of full project Development lifecycle

Strong communication skills as required to frequently interact with foreign partners and customers through the Project life cycle and shall have worked on international assignment

Candidate should be able to debate on technology and shall be able to influence other through technical and professional ability. Willing to Travel to customer in Europe, USA, Middle East etc for validating / FAT / SAT and commissioning.
