Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Aftersales Flow Controller based in Stone.

Main activities
· Execute global flow requirement to ensure customers satisfaction
· Liaise with customers on order progress
· Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP…) availability of raw materials, components and sub-assemblies and finish good.
· Check the accuracy between operational work and MPS decisions and react accordingly
· Daily action regarding MRP messages (MD07) and escaladed when repeatable issues
· Actively participate to SIM cycle 2
· Respond to the customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process
· Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)
· Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product
· Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
