Schneider Electric Sales Operation Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Administrative Support Coordinator in our Dollard-des-Ormeaux location.

The Administrative Support Coordinator, will support both the Project Managers and Quotation Specialists providing assistance in the follow areas.

Responsibilities

· Prepare approval, record and “as build” drawing packages for customers;

· Create project and quotations folders and save relevant documents;

· Manage e-mail inboxes by creating folders for projects and saving all relevant quotation documentation;

· Manage Customer complaints;

· Manage customers expedite request of stock items, tracking and Proof Of Delivery (POD) copies;

· Complete minor changes on distribution panel Product Selector;

· Complete and submit credit request per instructions provided by the project managers;

· Other duties as required.

Requirements

· Proficient Computer skills: MS Office (excel, word and Adobe Acrobat), experience with ERP systems.

· Effective communication skills
· Bilingual French-English
· Ability to plan and organize effectively.
· Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
· General instructions will be provided, but is expected to perform tasks independently.
