Job description
Develop and Grow Process Automation Product line & Service Business (Foxboro DCS / Triconex Safety System / TRSS / SCADAPAK / FIELD Products) thru Direct or indirect Vietnam customers. (EPCs / Partners / End Users)
· Develop strategies to drive new orders pursuits and build quality pipelines to meet the yearly assigned individual sales quota.
· Participate in regular business reporting and maintain country operation plan.
· Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions
· Execute competitive sales tactics to win business
· Coordinate deal crafting and positioning to include cross border opportunities.
· Lead or participate in contract negotiations
· Manage and maintain executive relationships
· Focus on Orders in the O&G & Power Segment in Vietnam or International project thru EPCs in this two countries.
· Build and grow the local Sales / Operation team in 3 to 5 years
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Working Experience:
5+ years' experience in Process industry, technical design or commissioning engineer, End-user sales engineer, system integrator sales, automation sales, project management experience a plus
1+ years in Sales Team Management (EU/SI/OEM/Distributor)
Business Understanding:
Industrial Machine knowledge, Automation system design and architecture, master SE products/systems/solutions (automation & electrical control devices)
· Distributed control and Safety Systems
· Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) full range
· SCADA & RTU solution
· Familiar with Process Industry Standards (ISA 95 / IEC 81511 / IEC 62443)
· Automation Platform and architectures (Hard-ware and software, EcoStruxure)
· Industrial Communication protocol and network
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :
· Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
· Computer literate and presentation skills
· Organized, structured and good analytical skills
· Customer platforming and set up adaptive action plan to gain market share
· Customer account management
· Must be able to collaborate effectively with internal support team (Proposal/ Supply chain/ Operations / Contract/ Finance)
· Ability to influence and convince and work independently
· Customer focus and result-oriented
