Friede Scent Curator (FSC) is a very new startup ‘uber’ luxury service business for scented experiences. Its mission is to offer branded and customised luxury scented products for a variety of sectors such as weddings, events and corporate gifting; automobile accessories; lifestyle; as well as for luxury airlines and hotels. Nina Friede, creator of Scent Curator also founded London-based luxury perfume house, Friedemodin in 2012.

Nina is building a strong team around her, people who are highly passionate and who are intrinsically motivated. In her opinion, it is important to learn to share roles & responsibilities and to work together towards a common goal. Each team member will have special skills and strengths, and together they complement each other very well. Sales and Business Development Role

The Role
You will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts for FSC, helping us build the company and brand into a successful and thriving business. The role involves:

• Identifying relevant and credible sales leads
• Pitch services to new clients
• Maintain good working relationships with new contacts
• Good communication with potential clients as well as with your team

Working Hours
• Very flexible
• Suitable for people who prefer to work from home or have other responsibilities

Compensation
We will be looking for independent contractors for the role, ie you will not be employed by FSC. As this is a startup, compensation will be in the form of sales commission. The more you work and convert leads into sales, the more commission you will earn! This is clearly with the proviso that the leads and clients are within the agreed mandate and KPIs.
