Marketing/PR Intern for Swimwear brand

Job description

We are currently looking for a Marketing/PR intern for our glamorous swimwear brand. Must love fashion, social media and celebrity news/reality TV.

It will be a six - eight week unpaid internship however the hours are very flexible and you can work from home. You will be required to work 3 days a week of your choice (Monday to Friday) which can be split into half days if preferred,

Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our company whilst we are new and gain experience in the cut-throat fashion industry. Tasks include:

•Promoting our swimwear brand on all social media channels, i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and scheduling posts
•Writing a blog post for our website once a week and content for our e-newsletter
•Uploading content onto our website
•Contacting influencers and bloggers to encourage them to review our products or run a competition
•Reach out to celebrities, i.e. reality stars, and offer to send them products for upcoming holidays etc
•Contact celebrities' agents about potential brand collaborations
•Brainstorming and coming up with new ideas on how to increase outreach

Desired profile

Preferably has a degree or is studying for a degree in Journalism, PR or Marketing.

Strong advantage if you are already an avid social media user with a presence on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
