SAP Fieldglass UK is currently seeking a Reports Analyst to join our growing team dedicated to supporting the Fieldglass reporting tool. In this role you will examine and evaluate reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

·  Understand the Fieldglass application’s reporting functionalities.
·  Support the Fieldglass reporting tool through examining and evaluating reports.
·  Determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of reports.
·  Maintain the stability of the Fieldglass tool by troubleshooting and escalating reports.
·  Train client’s onsite to optimally leverage the power of the Fieldglass software reporting tool.
·  Learn to conceptualize and construct VBA macros to augment report usability and functionalities.
·  Confer with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements.
·  Work on projects and enhancements as needed.

We’re Looking For:
Fieldglass is looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with strong technical proficiencies in:

·  SQL - queries and ad-hoc reports (50%)
·  MS Excel - pivot tables, data compares and knowing how to write complex formulas (40%)
·  VBA is beneficialy but not mandatory (10%)

We are looking for people that possess strong troubleshooting, technical, and resolution skills, coupled with the ability to think critically and problem solve.
