What you'll do

We hire Product Development Interns that are passionate about solving problems and making an impact within the business. We recognize that Intern contributions fuel some of our greatest innovations. That’s why we assign students to our toughest challenges and most forward-thinking projects. This summer, we are looking for an intern to:

· Gain a deep understanding of the development process to determine areas of improvement.
· Research tools that automate code quality detection, recommend a tool, and work with cross functional teams to implement the tool.

Position Requirements: What it takes

Our continued growth is dependent upon talented people with a variety of skills, knowledge and backgrounds. We hire Product Development interns with experience in all of the following areas:

· Ability to think and work strategically
· Ability to think analytically and use data to support your recommendations
· Strong relationship-building skills with the product management, developers, and other key stakeholders
· Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
· Work independently and within a team
· Effectively manage time and be organized
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following – Java, .NET, PHP, Ruby, Python or SQL.
