Objective:

The SAP Ariba Talent Acquisition team is seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our Palo Alto office. In this role, you’ll be working on various projects for Ariba’s recruitment team. Responsibilities will include various initiatives from event planning & logistics, scheduling and social media research. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Intern for Ariba, you are an exceptional, communicative and creative professional who works well in a fast paced environment with a focus on execution.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

·  Organize hiring events in partnership with HackerX and other partners as needed.
·  Schedule onsite interviews and hold interview debrief meetings.
·  Research social media channels to create a broader candidate reach. Promote LinkedIn Elevate and other tools to Ariba hiring teams.
·  Writing, blogging, or events experience

 

Education and Qualifications:

·  Must be currently enrolled in an undergrad or graduate program with a preferred focus on Communication, Marketing, English, or HR
·  Excellent communication skills are required
·  Displays passion for & responsibility to the customer
·  Hires, develops & rewards great people
·  Displays leadership through innovation in everything you do
·  Displays a passion for what you do and a drive to improve
·  Displays a relentless commitment to win
·  Displays personal & corporate integrity
·  Candidates must be local to the Silicon Valley to be considered
·  Must be able to work onsite in Palo Alto during summer 2017
