Purpose & Objective of Position

Provide intern experience in a global and matrixed business environment. Enhance marketing and communications skills while developing executive presence.  Support global marketing plan for SAP SuccessFactors for the HR audience, with a focus on demand generation and awareness campaigns.

 

Expectations & Tasks

Coordination and management of deliverables across SAP SuccessFactors demand generation campaigns with various agencies to deliver campaign and event promotional copy, branding reviews, translations and newsletter communications.  Collaborate with various internal and external teams including global and regional teams. 

 

Specific responsibilities for this role in the Core Audience Marketing team: 

 

·  Manage Creation of Campaign Creative Development -
·  Coordinate between SAP campaign manager, external writer, Brand Voice reviews, regional marketing teams. 
·  Post final creative copy in Jam group

 

·  Manage campaign translation process
·  Coordinate between campaign managers and the agency SLS to deliver final English assets for translation. 
·  Gather language opt-in's from the regions
·  post final translated files to bill-of-material

 

·  E2E Campaign Reporting -
·  track global campaign execution and results in region
·  Social Media, blogs, PR, digital campaigns, banners, events, additional regional activities

 

·  Event calendar
·  Build and maintain and end-to-end global event calendar for HR audience

 

·  Manage program newsletter communications by submitting updates to newsletter organizers. 
·  Additional tasks as assigned by manager

 

 

Skills / Competencies

·  Strong communication skills. 
·  Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast pace and virtual environment. 
·  Cultural sensitivity. 
·  Experience with Microsoft Office. 
·  Will use various web-based tools for collaboration and project management.

 

Educational Requirements

·  Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
