PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

To assist in performing the full Consulting controlling function for SAP Africa Group. The incumbent will be required to work closely with the Lead Consulting Controller and Consulting management team on all financially related issues

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

This role will involve:

· Supporting the Consulting BU with all financial management and queries.
· Take ownership of financial management of consulting projects, ie. Project accounting at a detailed level.
· VSOE testing twice a year
· Prepare monthly Management Reports and variance reports.
· Prepare Monthly Forecasts.
· Ensure accuracy of monthly close off for all subsidiaries.
· Prepare Annual Budgets.
· Ensure adherence/develop new processes and procedures.
· Assist in or drive Adhoc Projects to completion.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESL

· B.Comm. or equivalent.
· Controlling experience.
· Project accounting experience.
· Computer literate (SAP and Excel).
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail.
