Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Supplier Data Classification – Classifying customers by using UNSPSC based on customer business/description.
·  Supplier Matching – Match the client supplier data with AN supplier database.
·  On-time delivery & meeting targets
·  Adherence to SLA and company policies
·  Maintain data required for metrics
·  Suggest improvement areas
·  Quality Assurance
·  Proactively escalate issues to Manager
·  Ensure process compliances at all stages

·  Willing to work in rotational shifts and also night shifts

 

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree in any stream
·  3 years of professional experience in a related field
·  UNSPSC classification experience is preferred
·  Intermediate Level of Excel (Lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, calculating)
·  Intermediate Level of MS Access (creating, updating, manipulating, deleting)
·  Advanced English skills (Written & Oral)
