PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a business analyst, you will collect and analyze data to understand key operational trends that can be used to make business decisions around process and tool improvements, proactive customer outreach, and improved knowledge management.  You are expected to build your network with stakeholders, team members and colleagues in other functions at SAP.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Collecting and analyzing the data trends and making key recommendations to the business on improvements to enhance the business processes which result in higher level of customer and employee satisfaction.
* Evaluating the data collected through internal systems, business process, surveys and workshops.
* Providing suggestions/recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience based on data analysis.
* Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows.
* Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
* Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their goals.
* Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
* Up to 2 years of work experience including internships
* Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in fluent English.
* Strong problem resolution skills with good decision making and analytical skills.
* Six Sigma, LEAN, or other process improvement certifications is a plus
