PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Come and make the future of S/4HANA Finance Cloud happen! Join the Financials Contract Accounting (FI-CA) development team in our Line of Business (LoB) Finance to fulfill SAP’s simplification story by delivering S/4 HANA Finance in the cloud. The FIN set of solutions is based on a simplified and renewed Financials technology stack that leverages the potential of the SAP HANA Platform.
Being part of LoB Finance the organizational unit “Financial Operations” contributes to this story by developing the next generation of applications for contract accounts receivables/payables and collections, dispute & credit management. Our Contract Accounting solution is a financials sub ledger, which will be an essential functional enhancement for the S/4HANA Cloud solution in the next years. Our applications offer a state-of-the-art user experience based on modern web user interface standards (like HTML5, UI5).
LoB Finance is set up globally with teams in Shanghai, Walldorf, Potsdam and Palo Alto. We work in cross-functional teams applying the lean development model as well as methods of agile software development. In our software development process, we employ the latest technologies such as HANA and FIORI for the development of our solutions in the cloud.

·  You will take over responsibility for design, test, implementation and maintenance
·  You contribute to architecture and concept definition depending on your experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required

·  Very good Bachelor degree or above in Financials, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
·  Good software development/programming skills e.g. in ABAP and/or Java, Java Script, SAP UI5
·  High commitment to quality, reliability and a self-motivating style of working
·  Very good analytical and problem solving skills
·  Interest for financial business processes
·  Excellent team player with a strong ability to network and with drive for tangible results
·  Willingness and ability to learn new subjects quickly
·  Fluent in German and English

Preferred

·  Experience in functional and business process knowledge in Financials or in the area of Financials Contract Accounting or Financials Accounts Receivables

 

WORK EXPERIENCE
