Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·  Develop recruiting strategy and related initiatives for responsive BU and hold all key stakeholders accountable for their respective roles in recruiting and selection
·  Collaborate closely with business unit HR teams in delivering specific recruiting campaigns and report on progress on a regular basis.
·  Participate business meeting, bring back the questions/ issues. Working within TA team to provide solutions and ensure the implementation;
·  Communicate TA SOP/ guideline/ tools / initiatives to HRBP and BU heads and ensure the implementation in responsible BU
·  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, provide market insight to key stakeholders to influence on short-term and long-term business strategy.
·  Oversee the recruiting team and ensure TA KPI are met by providing support and guidiance to the team. Motivate team members and develop them on long-term wise.
·  Handle L5 and critical L4 position recruitment

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Language skil ls :

·  Excellent English (written and spoken)

Education:

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Masters degree preferable
·  Minimum of 7- 10 years recruiting with minimum 2 year's leadership experience
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management system software

Experience & knowledge:

·  Minimum of 7- 10 years recruiting with minimum 2 year's leadership experience
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management system software
·  Organized, attention to details, analytical and pragamatic in problem solving, resources planning,
·  Ability to plan, set priorities and working under pressure to meet deadlines, at times under uncertainty, fast pace
·  Good communication and influcencing skills
·  Driving for results
·  Good experiences on project management, ability in managing diverse relationships
·  Excellent skills in using MS Office
·  PPT skill at the expert level, both technically and logically
