About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sanofi Consumer Healthcare to work with us as a Supply Chain Business Partner. You will be responsible for the leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Consumer Healthcare unit while working closely with the Unit Leads for supply chain matters.

Key responsibilities

·  Represent the Supply Chain function, working with the Head of Supply Chain to ensure business unit objectives are met
·  Working with Business Unit heads for all supply chain planning and queries
·  Understand product strategy to ensure supply chain plans are aligned to the business objectives
·  Lead S&OP process and build tools to optimise the supply chain
·  Work with supply sites and ensure production and delivery plans are communicated and implemented
·  Building relationships with site supply chain teams
·  Establish and monitor SLAs for all channels of supply in the UK & Ireland

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

·  Experience in a Consumer Healthcare/FMCG environment in a supply chain capacity
·  Ability to build strong senior level relationships
·  SAP experience for forecasting and working on continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain
·  Sales and Operational Planning and Master Production Scheduling experience
·  Matrix management experience working with multiple sites and team across marketing, sales, production etc.
