Job description



The Manager of Veeva CRM Training will deliver and develop Veeva CRM training to employees of Sanofi Genzyme required to utilize the system either virtually or in-classroom environments.  The manager/senior manager will partner with various stakeholders within the sales towers and the business operations teams, becoming a subject matter expert and evangelist for Veeva. Their ultimate responsibility will be to train participants so they can use Veeva effectively and effectively at the conclusion of the training.

Responsibilities:

·  Become a subject matter expert for Veeva Products as well as the application/value of those products to the business domain of Veeva’s customers
·  Deliver Veeva CRM training to newly hired, newly licensed, and existing members of Sanofi Genzyme’s commercial salesforce, marketing teams, and other home office users.
·  Deliver virtual mini-refresher training sessions.
·  Work closely with the Veeva team to understand enhancements / changes made to Veeva, and sales leadership teams to identify gaps / opportunities in Veeva training and utilization
·  Manage and participate in monthly Veeva Champion Network calls, updating the field support on enhancements, answering questions, providing additional support.
·  Update and customize course curriculum and labs as directed
·  Update materials as required.

Preferred Experience:

·  Veeva training experience
·  Experience developing curriculum
·  Storyline articulate eLearning development
·  Salesforce.com training delivery experience
·  Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
·  Experience training adult learners on software products/systems.
·  Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience.
·  Ability to travel as needed; approximately 25% per month to deliver training within the continental USA.
·  Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountable.
·  Detail oriented
