RWE Platform Service Owner, Bridgewater, NJ

Job description

You will join IT department, supporting all Sanofi medical activities, to make the difference in Healthcare with technologies and to deliver solutions that empower patients life and make the difference versus our competitors.

One key medical challenge today is to be able to store & analyze all scientific data, internal & external, to help to demonstrate drugs medical evidences , unmet patients needs and refine drug prescriptions.

You will join our team to manage the Medical Real Word Evidence service , with the mission to continue to enrich the data lake with new patient/HCP/payers data & to provide new advanced analytics tools .

You are ultimately responsible for ALL aspects of the service :

> Service offering,

> Service monitoring & usage

> Service lifecycle, continuous improvement plan & new implementation

> Service governance, with clear communications to all stakeholders

> Relationships with vendors

· Lead and federate the service team

· Continuously improve the performances and offering

> Right services, with the right quality at the right costs

> New opportunities for unmet needs

> New opportunities for costs optimization

> Leverage existing managed services to better focus resources and optimize cost

·  Drives the service lifecycle with clear and up-to-date functional & technical roadmap

> Challenge business needs,

> Prioritize enhancements based on business value and impacts of not doing,

> Participate to software vendor roadmap

> Challenge the technical solutions to guarantee the reliability, flexibility and performances,

> Make arbitration based on workload analysis & capacity planning

> Facilitate validation of the roadmap with the platform governance board

· Monitors the service and provides visibility on it, in a transparent manner

> Business KPIs

> SLA KPIs, incidents & problems

> Customers Usage

> Costs evolution & TCO

· Guarantee business continuity

The expected skills are:

·  Bachelor's degree in computing , computer science or related technical discipline.
·  1 experience with large-scale complex system implementation
·  1 experience in supporting a global solution or an IT service
·  Strong knowledge in emerging technologies/platforms in Data lake, Data Analytics and Cloud
·  Autonomous & Transversal leadership , able to federate internal & external teams
·  Team player , capacity to collaborate transversally and internationally
·  Business driven – Able to create a trustful partnership
·  Transparent , great verbal and written communication skills
·  Great ability to influence & negotiate
