Job description



The primary role of the Partnership Manager is to assist/complete special projects, assignments and initiatives focused on the NA CSU business needs aligned with the core partnerships. This resource will work to streamline or standardize tools and applications related to resourcing, management of financials, reporting, contracting and payments to partners. Responsibilities will be to liaison across the business and in coordination of the partnership manager, partners, finance, procurement and (AP provider).

The resource will also partner and build support in key areas:

LEAP training support work with the CSU Quality Lead (Wendy Varner) to organize the pre-meeting logistics (attendees lists, calendar invites, badge requests, etc. Greet and escort the new hires on the 1st day of LEAP.

On the 3rd day of LEAP training, has to present a “how to” for the SAT tracker to any new CPLs. Potential for additional activities doing updates to training, coordinating additional training sessions and materials etc. as we likely will need greater support with training upfront with the new CRO coming in next year.

2 day new hire orientation training w/Zoom

Facilitate/ sending the calendar invites and maintain the training logs.

Same as above.

Site Assignment Tracker (SAT) tasks

Activities include QC of resourcing table, SME for SAT entries, training on SAT to CPLs.

NA Coordination Support:

·  Coordinate with NA CSU team members and flexible resourcing vendors to complete the onboarding/offboarding process for contractors with contractor services. Point person to ensure all accounts set properly, laptop deployment and access as needed with compliance to all Sanofi policies/ProUnlimited.
·  Maintain flexible resourcing vendor SharePoint entries, financial tracker and management of invoices. Works hand in hand with local finance and NA partnership manager on resources, invoicing, payments and resolving discrepencies.
·  Resolve any queries regarding invoices by communicating with Cognizant, Accounts Payable and resourcing vendor.
·  Keep a log of invoices and make sure they processed from receipt through to payment.
·  Provide assistance to NA CSU managers and US Head within the contractor services/Sanofi partnership.
·  Provide or request any updates to contractor HR records to contractor services.
·  Reconcile SP records and vendor financial tracker with contractor services records for annual contract extensions.
·  Provide instructions and submit requests for GEARS and Actime users.
·  Reconcile Actime accounts within the CSU for contractors.
·  When needed, assist and provide information to team members with IT or systems related issues.
·  Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and provide PSA backup when needed.
· 
The Resource will work hand in hand possibly with other regions and align with standards across the Americas. Will be instrumental in presenting/coaching Icon and Covance to the NA onboarding process and working in the workstream to simplify, reduce onboarding time while delivering on all Sanofi compliance policies needed.
