Project Management Officer

Job description

·  PMO – Project Manager
·  Under the scope of the main Sanofi Pasteur Mexico Project, coordinate transversally the Project implementation with Commercial Operations (Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Public Market, PMO, Market Access and Marketing) and Industrial Affairs colleagues within local, regional and global scope.

Key Accountabilities

·  Lead the development and implementation of the plan and programs to meet the Project goals and priorities.
·  Monitor & control project schedules, budgets, risks and issues while ensuring project deliverables and meet requirements.
·  Working cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. This include interactions with colleagues from Commercial Operations (Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Public Market, PMO, Market Access and Marketing), Industrial Affairs and Global Support Functions at local, regional and/or global level.
·  Foster and manage productive relationships with executive level sponsors.
·  Lead and maintain project governance to maintain project control, to define the project implementation strategy and to keep informed key audiences about project status.
·  Create, evaluate and develop strategies for the potential introductions of new vaccines (or other business opportunities) into the Project.
·  Collaborate, when required, with other PMO initiatives at local, regional and/or global level.

Requirements

Education/experience

·  Bachelor’s degree preferably in management, industrial , marketing  or science areas
·  Languages:
·  Spanish (advanced level)
·  English (advanced level)
·  French desirable
·  Ability to manage transversal project
·  Strong transversal cooperation
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
·  Ability to work independently/self-reliant and to show initiative with minimum supervision
·  Ability to quickly learn and apply appropriately to business situations
·  Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
·  Ability to work under pressure; meet strict time deadlines
·  Strong problem solving skills
·  Ability to listen effectively and seek clarification
·  Vaccines/drugs regulatory knowledge desirable
·  Industrial knowledge desirable
