Job description



Product Flow coordinator will be in charge of ensuring the weekly planning activities for the various production levels are being executed.   The process is to coordinate with all the stakeholders (Manufacturing, QA,QC, Warehouse, and  Supply Chain) the activities on the planning adherence schedule.

The product flow coordinator, on a weekly basis, will perform the following:

·  Prepare the control tower board and/or digital file with the lots that require execution for the following week. 
·  Ensure each task on the board/file is populated by each owner on a daily basis (amber when a possible risk of being late - regarding standard time, and red when already late)
·  Each day, the coordinator reviews the amber and red tasks and make decisions with the respective departments to mitigate those risk. He (she) formalizes all decisions on the “hot topics” board.
·  In the event decisions needs more investigation, the coordinator will organize the relevant meeting during the day to bring the decision the following day
·  The coordinator reviews the board for any potential issues and brings the issues at +QDCI as hot topics
·  On a weekly basis, the coordinator populates the KPI on PCT, # batches on schedule, planning adherence and OOS.

The coordinator must be a leader in the sense of being both pre-active and proactive. Being reactive to optimize situations in reaction to events day by day.  Being Pro-active: Anticipate and prepare events. The coordinator will also share common goals and objectives and have a sense of ownership when performing these responsibilities. 

Basic Qualifications:

·  Associates degree or Bachelor's degree with 1-3 year's experience in a manufacturing environment
·  Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
