Key responsibilities

To provide Process Engineering support to the Pre Filled Syringe (PFS) line for the aseptic processing of monoclonal antibody (mAb) commercial products, to support technology transfer of new products and to work as part of a highly focused and integrated Process Engineering Team in a Sterile Manufacturing environment.

·  Support maintenance technicians for spares management and ordering
·  Support process engineering activities such as cycle development protocol/reports, project improvements, deviations, problem solving and change controls to schedule and to the appropriate compliance and safety standards
·  Support technology transfer across Syringe Filling Line which includes Debagger / Ebeam / Delid / Deline / Isolator / Syringe filling machine with multi filling technologies
·  Provide engineering support to other areas of the PFS process such as Dispensing, Formulation, Autoclaving, Washing and Filtration
·  Provide technical support to implement process improvements, new product transfers to the site and production
·  Support commercial manufacturing through delivery of key performance metrics (+QDCI)
·  Travel: Travel to other Sanofi sites and equipment vendors may be required

About You

·  2nd or 3rd year student working towards an Honours degree in Engineering (Chemical/Process/Biochemical/Mechanical) or equivalent discipline

The final stage of the process will be for you to attend a face to face interview. You will be given the opportunity to meet some of your potential colleagues and managers whilst also learning a little more about what Sanofi is all about.
