Job description

Title: Patient Relationship and Advocacy Manager

Reports to: Leader, Patient Relationship and Advocacy

Job responsibilities:

·  Is main point of contact for Patient and care-givers
·  Responsible for patient experience starting at patient identification through to on-going adherence and compliance and overall patient experience
·  Builds relationships with patients and families to ensure Sanofi Genzyme meets patient and community needs
·  Contacts patients to support access issues (co-pay, insurance, etc.), support resolution, to ensure patient receives product as soon as feasible, to provide information in aide of treatment initiation or other product queries.
·  Contacts patients to educate on EHL and Sanofi Genzyme products.
·  Attends local chapter events to build awareness of Sanofi Genzyne products. Meets 1-1 with patients according to established call plans.
·  Gives educational presentations to patients, families & community members about topics of interest to the community, as well as presentations on company products & services.
·  Is responsible for planning calls, visits and other activities in territory. Conducts pre-call analysis and planning, executes agreed upon and approved communications and messaging and tracks conversations and outcomes in CRM system.
·  Collaborates at the territory level with territory field partners. Identifies gaps in Sanofi Genzyme performance or reputation and identifies opportunities and strategies to address business objectives by educating patients, chapters or other organizations on company products and outcomes (in line with compliant and regulatory standards)

Requirements:

·  BA/BS degree, nursing degree is a plus
·  Experience in customer-service/ customer facing role
·  At least 3-5 years in hemophilia care or advocacy role
·  Exceptional territory management and organizational skills
·  Flexible and willing and able to travel 50-80%
·  Strong presentation and effective communication skills
·  Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage
·  Spanish speaking is a plus
