KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·  Achieve assigned sales, screening and patient target for the financial year
·  Execution of assigned product strategies
·  Coordinate and provide support to the sales & marketing activities
·  Identify, maintain and develop local KOLs for execution of advocacy programs
·  Build physician database and increase disease awareness of these customers leading to early diagnosis of new patients
·  Support Patients Advocacy function to execute patient group driven activities specifically to increase public awareness on I&I
·  Build and maintain good professional relationship with patients with their welfare in mind
·  Liaison with hospital pharmacists to monitor and coordinate stocks balance and timely delivery to hospitals
·  Assist in objectives setting for products on the annual and long range plans
·  Adherence to Pharma industry code of conduct, ethics and sales practices
·  Effective partnership with key stakeholders and business partners to build a growing, sustainable and profitable I&I business

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

·  Minimum bachelor degree
·  Major in medical science
·  Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Experience & knowledge:

·  Proven track record in Sales & Marketing experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare industry
·  Medical background and/or experience (e.g. MD, MSL, Pharmacist)
·  Creative marketing and willing to embrace changes
·  Proactive, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
·  Min. 1-2 years sales and/or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
·  Experience in dealing with niche biopharmaceutical or specialty products

·  Possess a strong drive and flexibility to adjust to changing demands and priorities and perseverance to work through ambiguity to achieve results
·  A team player who is able to collaborate with several parties in various functions / roles to develop effective solutions

·  The ability to proactively identify / diagnose complex problems and needs, and develop pragmatic solutions to solve them is preferred
