主要责任：

1. 销售管理

1) 根据区域销售目标与市场计划，区域销售活动

2) 跟踪区域内的销售活动与销售绩效。

3) 设定销售代表的区域，制定预算

4) 区域日常会议

5) ETMS报告，计划与跟踪

6) A&P, OP 费用计划与控制

7) 收集代表日常报告

8) 拜访重点客户

2. 人员管理

1) 评估销售代表

2) 辅导、培训销售代表

3) 激励整个销售团队

岗位要求 :

教育 :

大学或以上学历

工作经验与知识背景 :

·  医药行业三年以上工作经验
·  一年以上销售经理工作经验
·  行业/产品知识

主要技能 :

·  良好的业务计划技能
·  良好的辅导技能
·  良好的销售技能
·  良好的人员沟通技巧
