Job description



负责区域最重要的连锁客户, 与重点客户创建长期合作关系, 推进赛诺菲品牌产品在重点客户的全面合作,达成公司的管理目标,保持业务持续健康稳定的增长

 

1.管理区域重点客户, 了解其策略、发展方向, 分析与公司合作的切入点和双方特点, 进行年度协议谈判、定期业务回顾沟通等2. 了解区域重点客户的管理流程, 找到业务关键人, 加强与连锁高层的定期沟通, 全面推进与重点客户的合作, 包括但不限于产品等级的优化、合作活动的落实、最大化投入产出比, 促进业务持续健康稳定的增长3.  和区域市场部配合,制定和管理重点客户的投资计划, 协调区域销售团队完成POA计划4. 与区域销售团队合作, 对于重点客户的门店业务给予指导, 促进连锁总部与门店执行的一致性
