Job description

   

赛诺菲巴斯德IPD（免疫项目发展团队）部门主要工作职责是：

Devote to promoting and developing cooperation program related to area vaccination and circulating management to build favorable marketing atmosphere.

致力于推动及开发区域疫苗接种和流通管理等合作项目，营造良好的市场氛围。

Programs include:

IPV Pubic program management; coordinate and carry out related business ;

 Overall manage area vaccination procedures of competitive vaccines;

 Execution and guarantee program of area Class II vaccines, including vaccine circulation policies, circulation records, area preliminary tender policies of Class II vaccines, etc.

项目包含：

① IPV公费项目管理，协调与开展相关的业务活动。

②统筹管理区域竞争性疫苗接种程序项目。

③区域二类疫苗业务执行保障项目，包括跟踪疫苗流通管理政策、流通管理备案、区域

二类疫苗招标前期政策等。

Setup regular visiting system and build professional and privileged relationship with provincial and key municipal HFPC, CDC, FDA officers to achieve business goals.

为实现业务目标，建立定期业务拜访制定，与省级重点市级HFPC、CDC、FDA等政府部门相关人员搭建专业、良好的合作关系。

Setup and update account files; upload it to company's unified platform integrated database.建立及更新客户档案，上传公司，统一平台整合资料库。

Build and maintain area academic platform to support area business and product development. 以支持区域业务及产品发展为目标，搭建及维护学术平台。

Regularly perfect the information of area programs. 定期完善相关项目区域信息

REQUIREMENTS

A degree in life sciences such as biological, medical, or pharmaceutical or degree in marketing or business administration from a credible institution

生物学、医学或药学等生命科学学位，或市场营销及商业管理学位。

Good communication with officials from central government and local government 

能够较好地与中央政府和当地政府官员沟通。

At least 3 years’ working experience in similar IPD function in a multinational pharmaceutical, biological and/or vaccines company; with record of successfully facilitating the interests of multinational companies

在跨国制药、生物制品和/或疫苗公司的IPD职能部门的相似职位上有至少3年工作经验，具备成功促进跨国公司利益的记录。

Good communication skills in both written and oral form.

良好的书面和口语沟通技能。

Good computer skills in Office Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, and office facilities

良好的Office Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Outlook办公软件和办公设施技能。

Good writing skill is required

要求有较好的写作技能。
