Reporting into the Reporting, Financial Systems & Global Support Functions Manager, the key focus of your role as a Management Accountant will be to assist the team in developing a strong relationship with business stakeholders. You will support and challenge the business to define the best approach from a finance point of view.

Key responsibilities will include:

·  Assisting with the analysis of the Global Business Units and Global Support Functions performance, using SAP, TM1Cognos, and HFM retrieves.
·  Provide support to Finance Business Partner and Financial Planning & Analysis team.
·  Ensuring correct and accurate classification of all expenditure pertaining to Sanofi ANZ.
·  Ensure correct and accurate classification of all expenditure in line with the Group accounting and reporting guidelines.
·  Contribute to the annual Sanofi Business Plan process and all recurring forecasting and planning requirements that arise in accordance with local and corporate requirements.
·  Assist on the consolidation of planning/forecast.

To be successful in this role you will have;

·  A tertiary qualification in business or commerce, majoring in accounting
·  High competency in management systems such a SAP and TM1Cognos
·  Financial analysis skills
·  Presentation skills
·  A strong understanding of current accounting standards
