Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Leadership Development Project Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

The job holder will be based in Guildford until summer 2019 and from Reading thereafter.

We are looking for a passionate team player to actively work with and support the European Leadership Development team with learning event management. LMS (Learning Managment System) Coordinator will work to ensure best in class learning events across the region.

The individual would have a real interest in Leadership Development/HR (Human Resources)/Learning and would ideally want to pursue a career in Learning And Development or HR. They would also be open minded with an ability to work in a fast changing environment showing a positive “can do” attitude.

Key responsibilities:

1/ Training administration which includes:

·  Nominations follow-up
·  Maintenance of Masterfile
·  Sending reminders to participants

2/ Managing evaluation process through iLearn:

·  Administration of attendee's data and training agenda, evaluation process, comparing data and evaluation reports and follow-up, set-up quarterly dashboards and keeping an eye on annual calendar (updates, changes)
·  Session maintenance with iLearn Operations teams and making sure correct input is shown, especially on location, dates and timings
·  Close follow-up of iLearn registrations:
·  Making link to local colleagues managing session locations and also to trainers/vendor representatives
·  Follow-up with non-registered persons
·  Ensuring HR or managers are informed
·  Set up of dashboards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
·  Keeping HR distribution list updated
·  Taking responsibility for Newsletter and its further development
·  Animating Management Essentials (ME) network together with country representatives/internal ME facilitators and participating in the global ME network, making sure ME sessions are well uploaded into iLearn

3/ Coordination with Regional HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partners):

·  Processing cancellations and replacements

Candidate's profile:

Education: Master's degree in HR or relevant field (business, psychology)

Experience: previous administrative or office support experience and at least 1 year of previous experience of in HR department

·  Good time keeping and ability to prioritize tasks
·  Attention to detail
·  Systems aptitude
·  Practice in maintenance of HR Data
·  Interested in Leadership Development, HR & learning systems, learning event management

IT tools: MS Office with advanced Excel skills

Languages: fluent English; other European language and/or German/French is a plus
