Job title : Key Account Manager - Vaccines, HCM

Job Purpose:
· Deliver winning relationship and execution of JBP plan with the biggest KA (defined by their size of biz and contribution) at regional or area level.
· Manage a territory or account of sizable contribution/importance and ensure to gain competitive Share of voice and Share of Recommendation via effective engagement plan.
· Act as brand/product communicator in SP activities executed at customers.
Main responsibilities:
Customer Understanding and Profiling
· Complete KA’s Vx profile (by group of centers or region/area) when needed (new opening, changes, delete/close)
· Update operational changes by region, areas or centre (medical guideline, promotion, community activities, policy, KPIs)
· Identity key stakeholders, R&R of customers
Customer and Demand Plan
· Plan for 360degree activities that will be executed in the month or quarter for the regions, areas for group of centres which include but not limited to HCP engagement, training, marketing, medical engagement, …
· Work with all internal and external stakeholders to prepare all steps to run these activities.
· Plan the budget needed for the month, quarter.
· Forecast the bottom-up demand in term of In-Arm.
Operation and Execution
· Perform all necessary steps in eHAT, eBuy, Optima system
· Organize Mini-Symposium, Hospital meeting, GPP every month as event organizer and executer.
· Present all product presentation as per approved to HCPs at these events.
· Co-ordinate to organize Symposium, events, webinar, CME with marketing and medical.
· Implement POSM or promotional activities at these centres
· Manage assigned projects related to this KA.
· Support to execute JBP activities.
Customer Management
· Identify prioritized stakeholders to engage in the month, ways of approach.
· Perform F2F Visit, meeting with Function Heads, BUD, Head of Centers, head of department at center level
· Handle or coordinate with Medical team to address product, medical queries
· Maintain good relationship with BUD, Function Heads, Centers managers and staff at centers
· Collect HCPs feedbacks about Sanofi vaccines during their consultancy or medical practices, feedbacks about support level.
· Act as ambassador at regional level to ensure JBP are well executed.
Market Intelligence and Insights
· Monitor the execution of JBP at centre level
· Collect and monitor traffic by age group, IA and stock movement
· Collect competitor activities
· Insights and foresights about operational and policy movement that might impact to IA, market share of SP
Reporting and presentation
· Consolidated review of operational and performance
· Share and present the review with proposed actions to address issues or unlock opportunities.
About you
Skills, experience & knowledge requirements
· Medical background is required (Pharmacist University Degree or Medical doctor)
· Experienced in Pharma/Vx industry as senior MR or DM/AM role.
· Good Vx Product knowledge and Presentation
· Good selling & influencing skills
· Good analytical skills and business acumen.
· Priority setting and problem-solving skills.
· Good field supervisory and coaching skill.
· Result orientated.
