ITS Manufacturing & Shopfloor Expert

Job purpose:

As our new colleague as Manufacturing & Shopfloor Expert, you will drive the design, build and lifecycle of global end to end MES solutions well as operational excellence to meet business needs in an operational and financially efficient manner. You will guarantee and promote the right usage of ITS and Industrial standards for Processes, Applications and Infrastructure environments, as well as leverage on ITS Portfolio the Detail Design document, catalogue of services and existing building blocks, in close collaboration with Business Process Owners and other ITS Business & Process Analysts.

In this highly dynamic multinational work environment, you will utilize your strong communication and interaction skills, capability to impact and influence, and excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.

About the Business Unit:

Sanofi plans to establish a major active pharmaceutical ingredient company in Europe. This new industry champion would become world's second largest API company in the industry, with 200 APIs sold to more than 600 customers worldwide. The standalone company headquartered in France would combine Sanofi’s API ITS activities with six of its European API production sites, located in five countries (France, Italy, Germany, UK, Hungary) and sales in 80 countries.

About growing with us – in this role your main responsibilities will be

· 
Explain / present architecture and technical matters in an understanding way to ITS management team, staff and business stakeholders

· 
Remain current on technology trends and Benchmark with other companies and partners to bring innovative inputs to our solutions, operating models and to our strategy

· 
Collaborate with peers (Enterprise Architects, other solution architects, technical architects…) to review solution design and/or introduction of new technology to ensure compliance with company standards

· 
Breaks current GxP Validation established postulates to simplify and adapt to current and next generation technologies & methodologies (Cloud, Service Management, Agile), without Quality regression on documentations and validation processes

· 
Understand the business requirements (including analytics ones) for the various processes in their domain, be able to challenge, to consolidate and to extrapolate them in order to build solutions expendable to multi-GBU use cases and plant configuration

· 
Provide technical leadership during the full lifecycle and ensure adoption and adequate uses of the solution

· 
Maximize customer satisfaction considering also to minimize build and maintenance costs, and risks associated with fulfillment of Business needs

· 
Coordinate, inform and ensure functional lead in a matrixial context

· 
Contribute of the on-time delivery of projects of his domain ensuring robust, cost effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction

About you: We expect the following skills/qualifications

· 
Master’s degree in engineering or business

· 
3 to 10 years work experience in Manufacturing/Automation domain

· 
Fluent in English (verbal, written)

· 
Successful and significant Project Management experience

· 
Proven leadership skills

· 
Demonstrated experience in a multicultural/multilanguage environment and in a matrixial organization

· 
Broad knowledge of Manufacturing Processes in industrial plants

· 
Significant MES experience :

· 
Market standards knowledge (solutions, technologies, integration)

· 
Process industry (within lifescience / pharmaceutical industries would be a plus)

· 
Core Model concept

· 
Experience with Siemens XFP and AspenTech solutions will be a plus.

· 
Manufacturing Execution System, including Master Batch Record and Review by Exception business processes and relevant MES solutions/modules/functionalities

· 
Manufacturing business processes and relevant SAP solution (PPPI, MM)

· 
Automation layer (Scada, DCS, PLCs, industrial protocols)

· 
Solution architecture, solution integration

· 
Knowledge of Digital technologies & concepts

· 
Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies & services

· 
Deep project management skills (V model, Agile, Scrum)

· 
Knowledge of pharma industry regulatory context (GxP)

Terms of employment:

· 
Based in Budapest, this job requires to collaborate in a global and matrixial environment with international business and ITS teams

· 
This job requires to work within structured environments with formal procedures and documented deliverables, compliance rules and reporting duties

· 
English is the usual working language
