Job description

JOB OVERVIEW

Digital transformation, business processes simplification and harmonization are key pillars of Sanofi’s strategy. To reach those ambitions and boost our industrial excellence, the company decided to launch an ambitious ERP program, i-Shift , based on the new S4HANA technology. 

In this context, Sanofi is looking for new talents to design, build and support the Quality  processes within this future ERP solution, which aims to be deployed across all our industrial plants.  

In close collaboration with the Business Process Owners and other ITS Business & Process Analysts, the Quality Business Analyst  :

·  guarantees and promotes the right usage of Sanofi Digital & Industrial standards, ensuring their value realization.
·  Design standardized end-to-end processes to generate business value for Industrial Affairs and deliver best-in-class solutions to our industrial sites
·  Deliver innovative "state of the art" tools enabling performance for manufacturing processes across the industrial affair sites
·  Maintain robust and highly available solutions to operate industrial processes efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Alignment 

·  Understand the business requirements for the various processes of the domain, in order to build a relevant solution for multiple Sanofi GBUs, while keeping a responsible approach in term of costs, benefits and solution maintainability 

Solution ownership 

·  In charge of the functional and technical design of the solution, for Quality, leveraging technology trends and benchmarks to bring performance and innovative solutions 
·  Responsible for the integration with other domains (Logistics, Manufacturing…)
·  Collaborate with architects to review solution design and ensure compliance with Sanofi standards 
·  Responsible of the full lifecycle of the solution
·  Communicate architecture and technical matters in an understandable way to various stakeholders, facilitate decision making 
·  Define & validate quality roles with User Access Management Team
·  Provide support to Roll Out Team to explain the Core Model
·  Support, contribute and define Data Migration (data scope, strategy) with Data Migration Team

Delivery Management and Quality of Services 

·  Ensure the respect of Cost, Planning and Quality of the solution delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction 
·  End-to-end business process design and build, including integration with analytics, labeling technologies, and mobile technologies
·  Embrace the organization, rules, agile methodology of the i-Shift program
·  Ensure that standards and recommendations linked to GxP & HSE relevant platform and segregation of duty are correctly understood and applied 

People Management 

·  Coordinate, inform and ensure a functional role within a matrix context with internal resources and manage external partners delivery
·  Contribute to the transfer of know-how, experience and best practices within the domain and beyond

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education 

·  Graduated from Engineering school or Business school 
·  Master’s degree 

Experience & knowledge 

·  3 to 10+ years work experience including 1 to 3+ years as solution designer 
·  Significant experience of Quality Processes in SAP managed industrial plants 
·  Experience in Life Science industries would be a plus 
·  Experience in SAP S4HANA would be a plus 
·  Significant Project Management experience, involving Agile and Digital methodology

Core competencies 

·  Quality business processes and relevant SAP solution (SAP QM, S4HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud/Leonardo…)
·  Master Data Management for Quality & Engineering Change Number
·  Incoming goods and supplier quality management
·  Manufactured goods inspection and recipe approval
·  Batch Management (including expiry date management, retest…)
·  Batch release and stock management
·  DMS (documentation  Management System) integration 
·  Analytics capabilities for the quality domain
·  Users authorizations and the articulation with manufacturing, logistics and financial processes, end-to-end planning, EH&S, Master data and the laboratory processes (LIMS, QMS)
·  Knowledge of pharma industry regulatory context (GxP) 
·  Deep project management skills with capacity to adapt to a changing and flexible environment 
·  Ability to collaborate and build effective network inside and outside Sanofi 
·  Strong capability to impact and influence, negotiation skills and conflict management 
·  Accountability, reliability  
·  Fluent in English (verbal, written) 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

·  This job requires to collaborate in a global and matrix environment with international business and Digital teams 
·  English is the usual working language 
·  This job requires periodic business trips to Digital or industrial plants 
·  This job requires to work within structured environments with formal procedures, deliverables, compliance rules and reporting duties
