Job Overview  

 

Sanofi Business Services (SBS), one of the 4 pillars of Business Transformation, is establishing up a captive shared service centre in Kuala Lumpur to provide end to end EE services to employee in China, Asia, Japan, and Pacific covering the following areas of the Employee Experience (EE) process: 

 

· 
On/Off Boarding 

· 
Change Job 

· 
Movement: within organization, domestic relocation, international transfer (short term), Internationa Permanent Transfer (IPT) 

· 
Expatriate Management 

· 
HR admin on Local Legal report onsite or in the country 

 

Purpose of the role  

 

· 
Manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBS in China, Asia, Japan and Pacific, as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)  

· 
Manage the hiring process from contract creation to onboarding  

· 
Coordinate the administration of national or international transfers including immigration and relocation 

· 
Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities 

· 
Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems  

· 
Manage all documents related to employee life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)  

· 
Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner 

· 
Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR  

· 
Supervise the team of employee life cycle management analysts   

· 
Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process 

· 
Drive continuous improvement  

 

Requirements & Qualifications  

· 
Fresh graduate up to 2 years experiences in HR functions preferably in an international multicultural environment 

· 
Business Fluency in Mandarin and English ; knowledge of other Chinese dialects such as Cantonese is desirable
