Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

HR Associate - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/09/2022

Responsibilities:

- Support HR Business Partner (HRBP) with day-to-day operations:

·  Analyze HR data, generate metrics and follow up as required on performance management, compensation cycle, diversity, talent etc.
·  Co-work with HR administration to ensure efficient and accurate people operations

- Support the Talent, Performance and Rewards processes, interacting with managers and employees as required

- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives:

·  Development and delivery of induction material
·  Support Employer Branding initiatives and Employee Value Proposition
·  End-to-end management and follow up of a pool of Trainees

- Report:

·  Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports and dashboards on all HR processes (Talents, turnover, mobility, recruitment, compensation) to support meaningful conversation around workforce trends
·  Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various reports/sources

- Support HR Projects:

·  To support Global and local HR initiatives/programs

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or HR related fields
·  Previous experience in HR department would be an asset
·  Previous administrative or office support experience would be a plus
·  Interest in HR reporting, working with systems and analysing HR data
·  Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (advanced Excel), Digital savvy & enjoy data analysis
·  Fluency in English language, basic Spanish (willingness to learn); French would be an asset
·  Collaborative and hands-on spirit, able to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, changing and multicultural environment
·  Outstanding at solving complex problems, being comfortable working with business leaders, managers and employees to address any workforce challenges or issues
·  Excellent written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
·  Autonomous & ability to follow processes rigorously
·  Workday skills would be an advantage, eagerness to become an expert in Workday reporting
·  Strong organizational skills in daily activity planning & prioritizing
