About the Opportunity

As part of an HR contact centre team, you will provide an efficient and comprehensive HR and Payroll administration and advisory service to Business HR functions, HR Centres of Expertise, employees and managers across the organisation (UK and Ireland).

You will be responsible for providing information, advice and case management with regards to payroll, company policies and procedures and will deal with routine employee relations matters. You'll ensure the maintenance and integrity of the information stored within the HR information systems and will interact with employees / managers directly and by using employee / manager self-service tools and knowledgebase content.

Team members are expected to assume responsibility for task and workload allocation, are motivated toward the success of the team and manage priorities and tasks within tight and often conflicting timeframes.

Experience and knowledge of using advanced functions of Workday would be ideal.

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:-

Essential requirements:

·  Demonstrable commitment to providing a high level of customer service
·  Demonstrable success in a HR administration role with a concern for quality and accuracy
·  Strong verbal reasoning skills and written communication abilities used in providing advice and support and also in the development and delivery of information and training to the broader business and HR communities
·  Strong HR Information System skills - able to use HR databases, input, access, extract and compile information and run queries and reports across multiple systems
·  Ability to apply sound judgement and intelligence both to the information mined from the HR systems, and the information submitted for the HR systems, so that potential errors and anomalies can be captured and flagged to the Business, HR COEs and Corporate HR
·  Knowledge of best practice on: Data Integrity (storage, accuracy and protection) and compliant application of HR process and procedure
·  Ability to identify, execute and document continuous improvement activities relating to HR systems and local/multi-country processes and procedures
·  Basic understanding of payroll legislation and experience of payroll preparation and validation
·  Committed to team-work and collaboration
·  Flexible and adaptable - able to deal concurrently with multiple issues, clients and interfaces
·  A completer-finisher and able to meet deadlines
·  Capable with the full suite MS Office applications

It would be advantageous to have (not essential):

·  Experience of using Workday across all modules including payroll, recruitment and compensation.
