Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Dupixent Global Value and Access Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Global Value and Access Manager will work within the Dupixent Global Value and Access Team to support the market access operation excellence work streams including the coordination of key internal and external launch excellence events in collaboration with market access business partners (Health Economics and Outcomes Research - HEOR and pricing) and cross-functional brand team, as needed. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with an interest in developing market access foundational knowledge and launch excellence execution capabilities by working with a team of market access experts on one of the most exciting product launches at Sanofi.

Responsibilities:

·  Coordinating project management activities related to payer/proxy payer interactions such as standing Health Technology Assessment (HTA) council, payer advisory boards, negotiation readiness workshops etc.
·  Coordinating market access launch excellence work streams including project planning, dashboards, trackers, and reports
·  Coordinating market access affiliate training events
·  Supporting therapeutic area leads as needed in the development of global market access strategy and tools (e.g. payer value story, payer negotiation toolkit, objection handler) for assigned Dupilumab indications based on business needs

Requirements:

·  University Degree and a Master degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Policy/Government Affairs, Marketing
·  At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
·  Fluent English
·  Good knowledge of PowerPoint &-MS Office
·  Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
·  Willingness to learn in a fast paced professional environment



​Desirable skills:

·  Market access/health economics experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry
·  Health technology assessment (HTA) experience or payer experience in public or private agencies
