About the job
Our Team & Your Role:
This role in the Talent Office COE reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and is part of the TA Leadership team.
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external & internal hiring (~21K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi. The Talent Operations team is responsible for delivering innovative, integrated, and scalable process & technology solutions across the Talent CoE (including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding).
Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include -
You will shape the Talent Operations strategy aligned with the Business & Talent Strategy
· You will own the operational roadmap and be responsible for all Talent Architecture investments (tools, technologies)
· You will work closely with the Global Talent Leaders, Analytics, Finance, Procurement teams ensure implementation globally
· You will be directly managing a global team and be responsible for the Talent Budget and head count
· You will design and deploy solutions that Talent organization to rationalize recruiting decisions, to strengthen business advisory and to track performance.
· You will improve and standardize our Global Talent processes (Eg: assessment framework) as needed to drive efficiency, compliance and one seamless candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.
· You will be a thought leader who will educate and empower the Talent Operations community, cascade global initiatives, & share best practices across regions
· You will bring in a “data driven approach” showcase ROI through impactful metrics
· You will actively promote the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce to deliver on the diversity ambitions of the organization
· You will contribute to the larger Global Talent Agenda as part of the leadership team.
· You will be managing a team of multiple direct reports
About you
· You are an accomplished global talent operations leader, with proven experience developing strategic and measurable solutions to solve complex talent challenges across diverse markets
· You will have strong influencing skills able to drive change across borders and business units
· You have strong functional expertise
· You have partnered with senior level stakeholders and have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions, business units, and regions.
· You have extensive experience of working in large global matrix structured organizations,
· You have strong execution excellence, leadership, and strategic thinking.
· You have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute global initiatives.
· You are flexible, and can adapt to a constantly changing business environment.
