Position Summary :

The Global HCP Marketing lead will be responsible for the development and execution of global marketing initiatives to support the commercialization of BIVV001 for the treatment of moderate to severe Hemophilia A.  The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset. As a priority asset within Sanofi, this role will offer individuals opportunities for broad company exposure and exciting career development within a growing team.  This role will be based in Cambridge and will report into the Global Brand Lead for BIVV001. Key responsibilities and accountability include:

Role Responsibilities :

· 
Develop and implement a global HCP marketing strategy that is based on deep customer insights for physicians, nurses, and other HCPs

· 
Lead development of global BIVV001 branding and positioning efforts (core messaging, creative campaigns, rollout to regional and country teams)

· 
Develop and articulate effective communication strategies and tactics for healthcare providers that are executable, easily communicated, and clinically supported

· 
Recommend the optimal channel mix to reach targeted HCP customers

· 
Partner with Commercial Insights and Analytics to garner the necessary actionable insights to be applied to marketing activities

· 
Manage advertising agency and select and onboard a commercial medical education vendor

· 
Lead and execute HCP commercial advisory boards: physician and nurse

· 
Contribute to the development of all marketing plans including the annual Global Brand Plan in line with the target product positioning, strategies, and goals

· 
Define and implement specific marketing initiatives in partnership with the Global Brand Team (GBT), including branded, promotional campaigns based upon emerging data and real-world evidence

· 
Utilize and activate principles of customer segmentation, value proposition, and communication and support pull-through activities

· 
Lead the development, approval, and implementation of HCP marketing tactics, including multichannel messaging, promotional content, promotional programming, and promotional presence at major medical meetings

Experience Qualifications:

· 
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business required; advanced degree preferred

· 
Minimum 10 years pharma/biotech industry experience and 3-5 years product marketing

· 
Experience demonstrating strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation are required

· 
Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment

· 
Strong project management skills

· 
Co-promote experience

· 
Launch experience in specialty care

Preferred Qualifications

· 
Country marketing experience, especially in the US, Japan, and China strongly preferred

· 
Prior global marketing experience preferred

The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
