Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Dupixent Product Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job Description:

The VIE will be responsible for specific team meetings and special projects management for the Global Dupixent AD (Atopic Dermatitis) team, including collaboration and stakeholder management to support the commercial launch of Dupixent AD across the world.

The VIE will have an opportunity to work in an exciting and high energy environment that will allow fast learning and professional growth in the fields of marketing and project management.

The job will be dedicated to independently managing a wide range of projects in collaboration with both internal and external (alliance partner) stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

·  Scheduling and managing cross-functional team meetings, capturing minutes and deliverables follow up
·  Creating project plans and keeping track of the deliverables
·  Managing budget
·  Being the point of contact and originator of all communications for all the stakeholders involved
·  Providing tools to the team to help them improve their work
·  Helping with congress activities
·  Assisting the HCP's (Healthcare Professionals) leads with some branded promotional pieces

Candidate's profile:

·  Education: Master degree in Business or related fields with a focus on Pharma Marketing, Biotechnology
·  Experience: at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience; direct experience with project planning, meeting organization, budget management and project tracking; project management excellence; working with multi-cultural/multi-national teams experience as a plus
·  Soft skills: organized; detail and goal oriented; good at multi-tasking proactive, adaptable, communicative, self-sufficient; interested in pharma industry; comfortable in working in remote teams and communicating via email/Skype/video; able to adapt to rapidly-changing environments where priorities and deadlines may change unexpectedly; team player; able to manage workloads and tasks with relative independence
·  IT tools: MS Office
·  Languages: fluent English, both oral and written
