JOB PURPOSE:

Reporting to the CHC Digital Marketing Head, the mission of the Digital Marketing Assistant Manager is to help the China Cross Border meet its eCommerce and digital marketing objectives through effective digital and data strategies and activation plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Digital campaign development and execution

• Digital content excellence

• Data, analytics and insight

• Digital measurement & performance tracking

The Digital Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for designing, developing, executing and driving the specialty nutrition categories (incl. immunity/Sleep category), support on brand CBEC annual plan, integrated brand campaigns and daily off-platform activation. This role is instrumental in bringing to life the Sanofi´s CHC digital roadmap, working across key local and regional stakeholders in Strategic Marketing, Media, CMI, Trade Marketing, KAM & Finance etc.

What you will be responsible for?

Support on eCommerce campaign strategy, development and execution

·  For assigned category and brands, create consumer journey ecosystems which tap into the best channels to deliver the optimal message at the right time
·  Align all campaigns with the Strategic Marketing Team to ensure alignment with brand strategies and objectives.
·  Align all campaigns with Platform promotions that lift the platforms traffic and sales
·  Develop inspirational campaign briefs based on strong consumer and market insights, pitch to agency/media partners, assess campaign ideas and plans based on category, brand and business objectives
·  Execute all campaign development requirements between agency partners, Trade Partners (TP), other external agencies, and internal stakeholders and execute flawlessly
·  Effectively collaborate with Platforms operations team (KAM, Trade Marketing) and Trade Partners (TPs) to plan and execute key online shopping festivals such as: 6.18, 11.11, etc.

Manage Off - Platform marketing budget and performance goals

·  Manage planning decisions such as channel selection, investment allocation and KPI setting
·  Maintain excellence in activation and track holistic impact of campaign across all key metrics
·  Manage TP to develop and execute growth optimization strategies
·  Develop and set monthly/weekly marketing KPIs for campaigns and spend

Oversee Platform marketing creative & user experience

·  Define the target segments per brand and products for the campaign, including within platforms which would be used for inside traffic generating activities
·  Ensure brands digital activation is impactful, orchestrate flawless execution
·  Evolve our brands’ campaign storefronts through best practice, testing, optimization and innovation of design/layout to maximize click-through/conversion rates
·  Lead the auditing of marketing materials to ensure compliance to the content developing plan – audit to be conducted every quarter.

Business Leadership

·  Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new marketing opportunities/partnerships and execute on them
·  Champion platform marketing to inspire internal/external key stakeholders to align on and implement the strategic direction or vision.

Who you are?

·  2+ years’ experience in digital marketing/advertising, ideally with Beauty/Consumer. Healthcare/FMCG organization or with an agency.
·  Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing and / or Digital.
·  Understands and have experience with China Digital & E-commerce landscape - Weibo, WeChat, Tiktok, Alibaba (TMall/Kaola/Taobao), JD, LRB & Top emerging platforms etc. 
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
·  Pro-active, initiative driven, independent player.
·  Business proficiency in Mandarin mandatory. English is highly preferred.
·  Monitoring digital media analytics on e-commerce Platform
