Job description

Mission statements

·  Business reporting analyst liaises with the relevant business Partners and External engagement experts to ensure that appropriate data is being transferred to the Reporting & Monitoring system, performs quality checks on collected data, provides remediation support for errors found, coordinates the compilation of reports, and identifies process & system enhancements.
·  Business reporting analyst ensures data readiness by performing regular data review and developing required reports as per agreed frequency
·  Business reporting analyst supports periodic data review and sign off process by Sanofi business partners
·  Business reporting analyst generates insights based on data collected, leveraging further data from Sanofi or from other sources
·  Business Analyst ensures compliance and access to systems and data
·  Business Analyst checks/ audits the assessment for HCP and non-HCP tiering /documents and ensures correctness

Maintain effectiveness relationships with the end stakeholders within the allocated geography

Financial and Reporting

·  Provide monitoring reports, Verification reports as per agreed timelines and quality
·  Provide regular review report and verification reports
·  Customer engagement/ Develop top scientific external experts reporting on a quarterly basis
·  Insight generation: Develop analysis to identify potential false claims, Internal spend analysis
·  Data Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities in the data monitored, and develop report as per regulatory requirements

Customer

·  Providing accurate and timely reportAuditors: Providing accurate data to the auditors along with analysis on spend data across internal / external parties & third party suppliers and to get it audited.

Process

·  Manage all requests within the centralized mailbox/ ticketing tool / request platform and prioritize based on the business need for areas such as Tiering.
·  Manage process training and tools locally. Manage the escalation process if there are any system related issues.
·  Tiering :  Analyse expert credentials and expertise to determine the appropriate tier level required to determine the fair market value compensation.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor/ Master degree required – B Pharm/ M.Pharm/ M.B.A./Engineering
·  Must possess analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Strategic thinking
·  Excellent management of customer expectations, listening, negotiating, and multi-tasking skills.
·  Auditing experience preferred
·  Technical proficiency
·  In depth knowledge of Excel
·  Knowledge of SAP
·  Proficient in English
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint Visio and Outlook)
·  Experience with Pharma companies preferred

Requirements of the job

·  Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with pharma companies
