PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Analytics & Data Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

 

Context of this mission:

 

The analytics & data coordinator – VIE – will be part of the new LATAM regional office with a clear role inside this organization. The objective of the role is to build a solid back-office support contributing with the necessary information, inputs and insights extracted from data bases, platforms or other sources of information. 

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

 

·  Monitor LATAM Market performance across 4 MWC (most important countries for the region):

 

·       Understand & identify regional growth Drivers & Growth Derailers

·       Deep-dive on selected Companies/Market performance & their growth elements

·       Work closely with Countries BI (Business Intelligence) heads to understand root-causes of changes in performance

·       Support Performance Head & Global BOS (Business Operation Support) team to provide qualitative inputs on LATAM market performance through the analysis of the China & EM (Emerging Markets) Cockpit

·       Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Budget & Strat Plan process (Market projections, Therapeutic Class evolution & Sanofi & competitors’ evolution)

·  Work closely with finance to explain & when possible reconcile in-Market Performance & Sell - in performance
·  Support data management and information requesting
·  Lead specific tactical initiatives that be part of the strategic and operational projects

The VIE will:

·  Support Project Leaders and regional staff preparing information and business data with the respective analysis
·  Work closely with Finance alignments all figures for the region
·  Report the main issues faced and give feedback to improve these processes

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Education: Master Degree in Business administration/Finance/Statistics
·  Experience: at least 1 year of professional experience in analytics and databases; experience in pharma business would be a plus; knowledge of digital tools (expected high level of Excel)
·  Soft skills: customer-oriented; proactive; eager to learn and work in a multi-cultural context; team-player; good written presentation skills, rigorous; great analysis skills; business acumen; capacity to think autonomously, to take the initiative
·  IT tools: MS Office (Excel in particular)
·  Languages: fluent English and at least intermediate Spanish skills
