iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Project Manager
- Multichannel Engagement
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Responsibilities:
Multichannel engagement (MCE) is a global digital transformation initiative that provides Brand, Sales and Medical teams with better tools and techniques to engage with customers.
A project team has been put together from five global business units and across seven countries to build a high performing MCE platform in each business. This will provide:
- setting up new channels of engagement
- providing standard tools
- upgrading of data management
- analytics capability
- ensuring the integration enables customer centered closed loop marketing
Achieving the goals is a critical part in Sanofi's digital strategy.
The MCE Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the roll out of the MCE program in the UK and Ireland, from the development of a road map, setup and integration of channels to the campaign execution.
The MCE Project Manager will be a member of the MCE core team working closely with the MCE lead to provide high caliber project support.
Project Management Objectives:
- Maintaining an excellent understanding of the current landscape and MCE strategy and the way this strategy is turned into reality: what channels, what timeline what KPIs
- Ensuring that the campaign strategy is perfectly understood by the internal and external stakeholders
- all the extended project team members are working to the same goals of the same shared vision
- Ensuring appropriate communication with key business stakeholders including core and extended MCE, project team, local General Managers and Global colleagues
Project Management Delivery:
- Undertaking project management using the approved methodology to ensure successful implementation of channels and campaigns
- Working with internal and external IT service providers to ensure business requirements and product timescales are met and architectural standards are achieved
- Working with the key stakeholders such as business sponsor and business project leads to ensure the objectives of each project is met
Keys results/Accountability:
Successful transition through the Product life-cycle from conceptual design to detailed design, build, test and deployment.
- Managing and maintains clear project planning documentation
- Managing project budget where required
- Managing projects resource allocation
Key Working Relationships:
Regular contact with:
- Assigned MCE Project team
- Business Operations and Excellence team
- Medical, Legal
- ITS Team: for technology input and deployment support
- Procurement Teams: for supplier and account management
- European colleagues within Digital Excellence/MCE group
Occasional contact with:
- Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance
Regular contact with:
- All agencies, business partners and suppliers involved with developing digital and multichannel campaigns on behalf of Brand Teams
Occasional contact with:
- NHS (National Health Service) organization e.g. when co-delivering digital / multichannel partnership projects
Requirements:
- Master degree in Project Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT or other related field
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in the project management of complex solution delivery
- Broad Experience of digital/IT/marketing project management
- Good technical background
- preferably in growth and future development areas for
- Multi-Channel marketing solutions
- Ability to use relevant information to make informed decisions, consider strategic as well as pragmatic options and make recommendations in line with business objectives
- Ability to make decisions based upon strategic understanding of the business environment
- Ability to be an effective team player working within and outside the organisation and working to bring stakeholders along with decisions
- Driven to obtain results to deliver business objectives efficiently to maximise business benefit whilst ensuring appropriate management of risk
- Exposure to any of the following: Sitecore, Janrain, Adobe Campaign Manager, Sales Force, Veeva would be appreciated
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation
- Fluent English
- Additional European Language skills and advantage but not necessary
