Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Project Manager (Medical Affairs)
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Job Details:
The job involves managing a wide range of global projects in collaboration with a program manager and both internal and external stakeholders within the Rare Disease Medical Affairs portfolio.
Duties will include:
- Managing aspects of a larger project
- Act as the point of contact and originator of communications for all the stakeholders involved
- Keeping track of the deliverables and financials
- Implementing and managing vendor/HCP contracts while working across a highly-matrixed environment
- Managing disease registry analysis requests from internal and external requestors
- Providing executive summaries of assigned projects for leadership
- Providing tools to the team to help them improve their work
- Managing logistics for internal and external meetings and advisory boards as needed
- Some administrative tasks including attending meetings on behalf of the Head of the Team and writing minutes
Candidate:
- Education: Advanced degree in a Science related field and/or Business
- Experience: Prior experience (at least 1 year) in biotech/pharma/academic research
- Professional skills: Organized and multi-task, proactive, adaptable, communicative, self-sufficient, interested in the pharma industry, proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Languages: Very good English is a must.
