iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Junior Brand Lead
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Mission
The role of the “Junior Brand Lead” is to lead:
- Brand strategy and planning
- Brand activation
- Brand local innovation/ Business Development projects
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic planning process for the assigned Brand/Category based on key consumer insights
- Monitoring and analyzing business performance Key Performance Indicators (awareness, share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition
- Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget
- Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays
- Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Coordinating the development of communication materials such Above the line, below the line and in store
- Obtaining relevant information, including the development and implementation of brand audit studies and focus groups (with distribution partners and Marketing Research companies)
- Leading local brand innovation projects, connecting with above country and cross-function stakeholders
Requirements:
- Education: Business University or MBA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
- Preferably in consumer healthcare or fast moving consumer goods industry
- Marketing, Project management, Communication and networking, positive thinking, resilience
- Fluent in English
