Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Poste et missions:
Assists in the implementation and monitoring of company Health Safety and Environment programs. Provide support to members of the HSE group. Assist with day-to-day administrative support for various members of the department and will assist with projects and research as needed. Specific responsibilities of the Intern may include the following:
Providing general administrative and clerical support, including filing, faxing, copying and data entry;
Coordinating and/or attending meetings with members of the department;
Manage a project to update the department’s Environmental and Safety Management systems; preparing correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
This project entails reviewing all the HSE Critical equipment and systems (e.g. Waste water System, Storm water System, Tank storage systems, Air Pollution control equipment, Waste management systems, process safety control systems etc.) at the Allston Site and performing an analysis on whether each system has an SOP governing proper and safe operation, proper preventive maintenance is being scheduled/completed, critical spare parts are available, proper operational reliability systems are in place, inspection protocols are available and performed, record keeping is occurring properly and records are being analyzed and used to assure proper system operation and critical supplies (chemicals, etc.) are available to assure continuous operation. The results of this project will lead to the development of an action plan that is prioritized according to the results of the analysis
