Poste et missions:
Reporting to the Site Controller, this position has two main responsibilities:
- Support the controlling team on OPEX, CAPEX and manufacturing
- Be responsible for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) both for Actuals and Forecasts
Controlling (70% focus)
- Support the controlling team in all their activities such as, but not limited to, monthly close activities (accruals and validation of general ledger), general accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting.
- Communicate to, Partner with, and challenge functional leaders on results and financial education Support validation and analysis of results, provide visibility on performance, challenge operations, track financial improvement plans
- Support to the manufacturing site controller (destruction analysis, CMO activity monitoring)
Business partnering, Ability to communicate clearly and openly to functional leaders, are critical to success in this role.
FP&A (30% focus)
- Prepare and submit financial reporting for actuals full P&L including Headcount
- Provide commentary and analysis on variances
- Plan, organize and drive forecasting cycles’ timelines, inputs and outputs
- Manage the process end to end from data collection at functional leader levels to consolidation and submission of budget packs into consolidation tool
Profil:
Finance degree + 2 years experience in Finance/Financial Control in a large international corporation.
Attention to detail, time management, and communication are critical to the success in this role
