iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Finance Operations Specialist
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Responsabilities:
Support new growth opportunities exploration through Business Development (BD) / Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) as well as potential divestitures / out licensing deals (simplification)
- Build reliable Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Valuations: forecast modelling (positively challenge Business assumptions…)
- Financial impacts’ analysis (Return on invested capital
- ROIC, Internal Rate of Return
- IRR, Payback, Net Present value
- NPV share…)
- Accounting treatment in relation with corporate consolidation / accounting team (revenue recognition, milestones treatment…)
- Ensure sanity checks, build sensitivity analysis, build pricing modelling, ensure recommendation aligned with international flows department
Support, Coordinate and Lead Strategic Projects for Finance stream:
- Lead and coordinate transversal strategic projects (digital models, Cost Optimization Program, Set up of new legal entities, branches …)
- Define roadmap, deliverables and monitor plan execution
Identify risks and provide mitigation plan
- Propose recommendations to top management to support strategic decision making
- Report to China Head of Finance Operations
Key stakeholders: Head of Finance Operations, CFO China, Finance Business partners, BD, Head of Transformation Office, Business and Commercial Excellence, IT, legal and HR
Requirements:
Education:
- University graduate Engineer or Business school, with finance specialization
Professional skills:
- Business minded finance professional with transversal approach
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to various situations
- Excellent analytical and synthetic skills, ability to step back and see the “big picture”
- Excellent presentation skills and experience
- "Hands-on" and challenging mindset
- Positive thinking, solution-orientation and showing initiatives
Languages:
- English – Fluent
- Mandarin: Preferred
