Role Purpose:
Maintain and support manufacturing instruments and control system to meet cost, quality and productivity standard.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Lead and organize calibration program and electrical job, supervise electrical and calibration contractors.
2. Maintain proper cGMP documentation of all electrical and calibration works.
3. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and repair services
4. Perform Plant maintenance, electrical, instrument and valve calibrations
5. Perform regular preventive maintenance and solve problem related to
Electrical, Instrumentation and controls
6. Perform highest quality maintenance work in accordance to written
Procedures/systems
7. Carry out machine trouble-shooting/repair and critical equipment breakdown maintenance.
8. Interpret mechanical, instrumentation, electrical or control drawings/circuitries.
9. Involve in process improvement project.
10. Spare parts control.
11. Strictly adhere to cGMP and Sops. Report any discrepancies immediately.
12. Provide technical support in investigation, deviation, change control, commissioning and validation activities for existing, new equipment and engineering modification.
13. Ability to work odd hours in supporting maintenance work and production activities.
14. Perform all appropriate documentation as required.
15. Liaise with outside vendors/contractors for Electrical, Instrument calibrations, modification and improvement.

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
Education :
Minimum: NTC3 or equivalent
Preferred: Diploma and NTC3 with related technical training
Experience:
Minimum: Two(2) years of external pharmaceutical (manufacturing industry) processing experience on Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Preferred: Five(5) years of pharmaceutical experience on Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation Engineering, or relevant discipline. cGMP experience.
Profile:
• Able to work as a team cross-functionally and with contractors/service providers
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong in both instrumentation and electrical skill, in troubleshooting and maintenance for plant wide equipment.
