We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector:

Reporting to the QA Supervisor, Operational Processes, the Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring manufacturing operations are in compliance and for performing AQL (Acceptance Quality Level) inspections on every product to permit release. The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring daily compliance and application of internal AQL inspection procedures.

Summary of tasks:
Perform AQL audits on each batch of packaged products according to established schedules to permit the release of batches in accordance with customer requirements;
Perform statistical sampling on batches of packaged products;
Judge the compliance of batches and immediately escalate noncompliances to the immediate supervisor and/or production staff to enable a timely decision on the steps to be taken.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

College diploma in science or equivalent work experience.
One (1) to three (3) years of pharmaceutical production experience.
Knowledge of BPFs, batch records and pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
Excellent level of written and spoken French, good knowledge of English.
